All “Orient” Fans are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase. We warranty to repair at our own cost the fan or component there of, If any manufacturing defect is detected during this period provided the fan or the part is sent to the Service centre  or the nearest distributor/ sub distributor freight paid along with the card.

This warranty does not cover fault or damage resulting from accident , attempted repairs  & mishandling or negligence on the part of the customer or general wear & tear and outside Sudan.
