Orient Brand of fans imported in Sudan are manufactured for Jet Import & Export, by Orient Electric, India, which is owned by a very well reputed Industrial group Birla Group of India. Orient Electric is well known since generations for making good quality highly durable and reliable range of fans, as well as other electrical products.
In Sudan Orient Fans are used since early 1960’s and are found in many homes and businesses even today fitted since those days and running in good condition. Quality & reliability are the heart of the products made by Orient.
The Brand & design of fans are having copy right in Sudan, and is protected by Jet. This is done so as to protect the consumers from fake products of inferior quality being imported and sold to customers who fail to notice the duplicate.
Orient Fans come with a warranty from the factory and the warranty for ceiling Fans are extended to 10 years from date of purchase once the warranty card is registered with Jet. This warranty is subject to terms & conditions. Jet holds extensive range of parts at its service center in Khartoum, and has qualified & friendly technicians who will solve any issues in case of need.
